  The after-school services begin at 4:15 p. m. and end at 5:30 p. m. at Shenzhen Haibin Experimental Primary School(深圳海滨实验小学) in Nanshan District(区). Haibin Experimental Primary School organized three types of after﹣school activities, including club activities, self﹣study and self﹣reading. The school has also added 27 new clubs making a total of 94.
  Over 83 percent of students at the school have joined in after﹣school services. At present 40 clubs hold activities every day after school. Clubs provide musical instruments, dancing, sports and painting lessons. Hopefully, the after﹣school services are not just a convenience for parents but also a chance for students to learn arts and sports.
  At the Affiliated School of Luohu Education Institute(罗湖教科院附属学校), over 98 percent of students have attended the school's after﹣school activities, said the report. Students were seen doing rock climbing on the playground and discussing with teachers on how to make a virtual(虚报的) cat jump in a software program. The school holds two parts for primary students, with one from 4:10 p. m. to 4:50 p. m. while the other from 5 p. m. to 5:40 p. m. . The after﹣school services time for junior high students in the school is from 5 p. m. to 5:40 p. m. .
  Many parents suggest that the after﹣school services provide a big convenience. Before this, they bad to send kids to attend other institutes after they finished daily teaching programs at schools.

Also, never send information by voice message—it is hard to note down. Emojis(表情符号) and GIFs can save the day when you find yourself in an embarrassing conversation, or words fail you.
  Try to Understand
  You can always judge a person's mood by their text messages. If the person you're talking to says "Good night" or "I' m going to take a shower. " that's probably not what they're actually going to do. It is must an excuse to stop talking to you. If someone waits for longer than three seconds before saying "Yes", they probably really mean "No". If you receive these emojis from friends who are older, read them literally (照字面地) (such as a smile or a wave). For the post﹣90s and post﹣00s generation, however, they could be speechlessness(无语).
4.  Food waste happens in many places. In China alone, 35 million 10 tons of food is wasted every year. About 12 percent of the nation's food goes to waste, CCTV News reported. When you and your family go out for dinner, do you notice how many dishes you usually order?It's fine if you finish all of them. But if you waste too much food, you might pay for it in the near future.
  On Dec 22, 2020, China's top legislature (立法机关) reviewed a draft law (法律草案) for stopping food waste for the first time. In general a draft will become law after the top legislature reviews (申议) it three times.
  According to the draft law, restaurants should tell consumers not to order too much. They should describe the size or amount of each dish. If consumers leave too much food uneaten, restaurants can charge (收费) them for food waste.
  The law also bans (禁止) waiters from encouraging consumers to order too much food. Those who don't follow the law will receive a fine from 1, 000 to 10. 000 yuan. The draft law also asks schools to teach their students to avoid food waste It bans livestreams (直播) and radio and TV programs about overeating and overdrinking. Producers of such programs will face a fine of up to 100, 000 yuan.
