3. Running is becoming popular these days. Many of us run for health. Doctors say many health problems come from these bad habits: eating and drinking too much, smoking, and not taking enough exercise. Doctors tell us, "Eat and drink less, don't smoke (吸烟), and exercise more."
Running is a good form of exercise because it helps build a strong heart. It also helps most people lose weight. For example, one 38-year-old woman was 70 kilos in the past, but when she began to run three times a week, she is 60 kilos now. "I love running," she says.
Running is good for health in other ways, too. Many runners say running keeps colds and other small health problems away. "Running is my doctor," says one man.
Running can also help people to relax. So today men and women of all ages enjoy running.
4. Trust (信任) is a funny thing. But once it is lost, it will be very hard to get it back.
If you lose your parents' trust, what should you do?
First, find out how you lose their trust. Did you do something they asked you not to do? Did you do something bad to any other person? If you were a parent, would you be angry with these things? Second, tell them that you won't let them down again if they give you another chance. And do everything you can to show them that you are sorry. Third, do your best to be a better one and wait for their forgiveness (原谅). Lastly, if you are lucky enough to get your parents' trust back, cherish (珍惜) it and don't lose it again, or you won't have it any more.

(2)       Use the emergency (急救) call in the elevator or your mobile phone to let people outside know you are in the elevator. There is an emergency call on the wall of each elevator. (3)       The phone number can be found around it.
  (4)       It's also a good idea to let more people find you are in need of help. Maybe your parents, your classmates or your teachers will find you by this way. If they can't come quickly, knock at the door to let other people in the building know what happened to you.
