13.  Maybe this is my favourite Robert Munsch book to read to my children. The story is quite funny and it makes my children and me laugh out loud. Here is the story.           
  It's the first day of kindergarten (幼儿园), and Amanda and Jeremiah have a problem both want to read the same books. They want to paint with the same paints. And they refuse to share (分享) with each other. The teacher tells them, "Look, you are in the kindergarten now. And in kindergarten we always share everything." Everything? Amanda and Jeremiah plan to follow their teacher's words. But what can they share? They begin with exchanging (交换) their shoes, and end up with wearing each other's clothes. Now Jeremiah is wearing Amanda's pink shoes, trousers and shirt. And Amanda is wearing Jeremiah's clothes. Together they show their teacher that sharing really can be fun.  
  The book brings me laughter (笑声). It also teaches me something. That is how patient (有耐心的) a kindergarten teacher can be. I'm thinking of writing a thank-you note to my children's teacher. What do you think of it?
14.  The gang don't understand what is happening. But the red-haired boy knows there is only one thing they can do.
  "RUN!" he shouts.
  Three of the boys run towards the hole in the fence. But the red-haired boy doesn't want to lose everything. He knocks a ball away, runs to Jack's bike, gets on it, and tries to ride to safety!

Then suddenly he starts speaking. His voice is different from the Great Detective's, but his words are the same.
  "Leave the bike there. Now get out of here."
  "OK," another sentence comes to David.
  "And don't do it again."
  The red-haired boy nods, then goes through the hole, and runs away.
15.  Many people live in the city. In Hong Kong, most people live in tall buildings. There are too many people in Hong Kong but the city is not very big, so the government builds a lot of tall buildings for people. (1)       Most of the people in Hong Kong like to live in tall buildings because they can be close to their friends. (2)
